What's to say? Videogames began in the arcade in 1977 with Pong. Twenty-three years later, we still pop our hard-earned quarters into the darned things. Simple, two-color ping-pong games have evolved into multi-million color, 3-D polygon-based games . . . But the spirit of the ORiginal games are still there: competition, to be the best, and to have a good time -- and spend all of our money doing it.
